Tommie Kelly Euronics offers installation services for new appliances, which can be done on the same day as delivery. Having a team of fully trained and experienced professionals who will ensure everything is set up and working properly before leaving. Tommie Kelly Euronics also provides a breakdown of what is included in installation services, as well as some helpful tips on what customers can do to prepare for the installation.

What customers can expect

  1. Unpacking the new appliance & remove packaging
  2. Remove transport bolts holding the drum in place while in transport
  3. Connecting the appliance to a water supply and plugging it into a standard socket
  4. Running a cycle test to ensure water is taken in during wash cycle, Water is pumped out during spin cycle & machine goes into full spin mode.

  1. Ensure easy access to the kitchen/utility and sufficient space for the new appliance
  2. If not choosing delivery & installation service, make sure the old appliance is out of the way before arrival
  3. Ensure there is a plug socket within 1 meter of where the new appliance will be installed
  4. For washing machine or washer dryer installations, ensure a cold-water supply and waste hose connector are nearby
  5. If installing a washing machine or washer dryer next to a dishwasher, ensure a Y piece is available to split the cold-water supply

What we don’t cover

Please see below specific situations where installation service will not be able to proceed:

  1. If the new appliance is hardwired, we will not be able to install it.
  2. If there is no plug socket within 1 meter of where the new appliance is going to be installed, we will not be able to install it.
  3. We are unable to disconnect integrated appliances and install freestanding ones in their place.
  4. If there is an issue with the plumbing, such as a problem with the water flow or missing necessary parts, we will not be able to install the appliance.
  5. We cannot make any changes to the plumbing in your house.
  6. For safety reasons, we cannot install appliances in bathrooms or on top of other appliances.

These limitations are intended to ensure the safety and proper installation of the appliances, and customers should be aware of these restrictions before scheduling an installation.
