DEFECTS AND WARRANTY
- Crosley products has a warranty of 2 years counting from the day of purchase
- If the Crosley product is defective or harmed before 30 days after the purchase date, we offer a refund or a new item. Please send an email to [email protected] if you believe you have received a defective product. Our service team will check if the defect is justified and will response to you within 2-3 working days.
- When the Crosley product is defective or harmed between 31 days and 2 years after the purchase date, we offer a repair. The product is not covered by warranty if the error or defect has been caused by the customer or has signs of wear.
