The filter takes care of itself
Unlike other dryers, whose filters need to be cleaned after every cycle, maintenance efforts are reduced to a minimum with the Siemens intelligentCleaning system. During every drying cycle, lint is transported to a container in the bottom of the appliance. Intelligent sensors detect and alert you when the container needs emptying (after about 20 cycles).
